One of the biggest problems the judicial system in the UK faces is those placed in positions of trust with in policing their own simply refuse too. While we have seen that issue with the Police they should not be singled out as the lone wolf with in the pack as no one polices their own and all engage in retaliatory abuse an element of obstruction.

Given their fraud to the people that undermines a legitimate judicial system in the UK the Oversight will conduct preliminary independent investigations to determine whether a criminal offence took place given its civilian status.

The effective fulfilment of this mandate, with all of its associated challenges, remains critical to fostering public confidence in professional services in the province by ensuring thorough and independent investigations that stand up to public scrutiny.
